Early in her career, serving as CEO of Provident Trust Group, Theresa was responsible for the company’s exponential growth in assets under custody, increasing them from $300M to over $5B in just six years. This success, along with her distinctive managerial and entrepreneurial approach, earned national recognition when Fortune recognized her as one of its Most Powerful Women Entrepreneurs in 2012.

In addition to her role at MultipliHR, she is currently a Co-Founder, Board Member, and Investor in a diverse portfolio of startup companies.
